Birthday Parties
- Full private use of the course
- Bring your own food, drinks, or entertainment – like face painting or other party vendors
- Free plastic medal & sticker for up to 45 children ( Any extras would be charged at £1.50 each )
- Special metal medal for the birthday child
- Free use of a gazebo (open-sided) – or bring your own setup
- Early access for setup – we’ll work with you to get everything just right!
Pricing
- 1 hour – £100
- 1.5 hours – £145
- Each extra hour – £10 off (e.g. 2 hours = £190)
- Over 45 guests – additional £1.50 per person for medals & stickers
We recommend a maximum of around 45 guests for the best flow of play – that’s roughly 5 players per hole.
- Balloon arch hire – £30
Tailored to your colour scheme or choose a classic rainbow arch. We’ll set it up for you! - Custom scorecards – Cost depends on amount required.
- Plenty of space for decorations and tables – set up early at no extra cost
- Custom engraved trophy – Please enquire for prices

Private hire is available during term-time and timing can be fairly flexible to suit you. If the party is during a school holiday exclusive hire is available in the morning only (before lunchtime) to fit around our busy open hours.

- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required (This helps us cover pre-booked items like medals and stickers)
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event along with final guest numbers
Corporate Hire

- Option to run a competition format
- Staff on hand to assist with scoring or hosting if requested

We provide a short talk on:
• The rules of mini golf
• What competitive play looks like
• Basic putting techniques
Followed by a short round to practise!
- Mini Golf Competition (Recommended for KS2 & up)
Structured mini golf tournament – students play for a trophy!
